The heating platform is a kind of manual tool commonly used in electronic welding process. By heating solder (usually tin wire) to make it melt, so that two workpieces can be welded together. There are many ways to control temperature for heating platform manufacturer, but the simplest one is adjustable electric quantity control. The heating platform controls temperature by fast heat transfer of soldering iron to workpiece. Another way is to use the thermostat to control the temperature by turning on or off the power supply.

Matters needing attention:

1. The power supply voltage is 220 VAC, and there must be three-hole socket of grounding wire and leakage switch.

2. Non-professionals should not open the chassis or change the internal wiring without authorization.

3. Do not touch the heating plate directly with your hands to avoid scalding.

4. When you are not using or going out for a long time, please cut off the power supply.

5. This equipment has air-cooled heat dissipation device. Do not block the side air inlet of the equipment.

6. When replacing the safety pipe, please unplug the power plug before replacing it, so as to avoid the danger of electric shock.

7. When the power cord is inserted into the jack on the back of the equipment, it must be checked whether the jack is firmly plugged in. The phenomenon of virtual connection can not occur. Otherwise, the phenomenon of burning the power outlet by lightning will occur.

8. The heating temperature just started may exceed the user's setting temperature of 3-5 degrees. After a few minutes, the temperature drops to the setting temperature. This characteristic can improve the temperature uniformity of the heating table.

9. Because the heating plate is a machined product, there is residual oil in the screw hole, which evaporates at high temperature and emits white smoke and odor. This phenomenon is normal. This phenomenon will disappear after a period of use.

10. Brittle noise will occur when the equipment is in use. It is caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the heating pipe and friction between the installation hole wall and the pressure plate. Please be assured that there will be no danger in using the equipment.

11. The equipment has passed 24-hour aging test when it was released from the factory. Do not change the internal parameter setting without authorization.

Turn on the power supply and turn on the "power switch" when the green "power indicator" is always on, indicating that the equipment has been powered.

Turn on the "warming switch" device and start running. The red "warming indicator" is always on, indicating that the surface workbench is continuously warming up. The flicker indicates that the surface workbench is in a constant temperature state. At this time, the surface workbench is intermittently warming up.

After use, turn off the "warming switch" and the warming part of the equipment stops running. At this time, the green "power indicator" is still on, which can indirectly warn the equipment is still working. Do not touch the working panel. Turn off the "power switch" after the surface panel is completely cooled (1 hour is recommended).
