Cast copper coil heating ring is a diecasting electric heater with tubular electrothermal element as heating body and high quality copper material as shell. Its temperature is generally between 150 and 450 degrees Celsius. It can be widely used in plastic machinery, die head, cable machinery, chemical industry, rubber, petroleum and other equipment. Cast copper heater has the advantages of long life, good thermal insulation, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and magnetic field resistance.

Requirements for orders:

1) Users should provide product drawings or samples, such as no drawings or samples, the price of copper heating rings must provide product specifications, models, voltage, power, etc.

2) The surface power of the electric heater for cast aluminium is between 2.5 and 4.0 W/square centimeter.

3) The surface power of copper-casting electric heater is 3.5-5.0 W/cm.

Cast Aluminum Heater, Cast Copper Heater, Cast Iron Heater, Instructions for Use:

1. The working voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated value.

2. The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded.

3. Cast aluminium and cast copper heater should be placed in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is less than 1 m_due to long-term placement, it can be baked in an oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours, and then it can return to normal.
