Application Scope of Hot Table

Using three-digit display temperature controller, the operation is safe, simple, clear and convenient.

It adopts many stainless steel heating pipes, which are easy to maintain and low failure rate.

The whole aluminium alloy plate has the characteristics of fast heating, uniform heating and non-oxidation.

It is controlled by microcontroller, automatic constant temperature, suitable for constant temperature heating in electronic industry.

There are two types: integral (145mm high) and split (65mm high).

Press the switch, the red indicator lights up, the indicator lights up continuously indicating continuous heating, constant temperature heating platform when the temperature will reach the set temperature, the indicator lights start to flicker. The indicator flashes intermittently when the temperature is stable.

One line on the thermostat (PV) shows the current temperature, and the next line (SV) sets the temperature for the user.

Under the thermostat is the setting button. Press the up and down arrows to set the temperature value.

The left arrow is the position of moving decimal point. With the up and down arrows, the temperature can be set quickly.

After setting the user's required temperature, it is not necessary to confirm that the equipment will be heated according to the set temperature and constant temperature.

Note: The heating temperature just starts will exceed the user's setting temperature of 3-5 degrees, and the temperature will drop to the setting temperature after 3 minutes. This characteristic can improve the temperature uniformity of heating table.
