Classification according to heat transfer principle

A wall heat exchanger is a wall heat exchanger in which two kinds of fluids with different temperatures flow in the space separated by the wall, and heat transfer is carried out between the two fluids through the heat conduction of the wall and the convection of the fluid on the wall surface. There are shell and tube heat exchangers, tube heat exchangers and other types of wall heat exchangers among heat exchanger manufacturers. Interwall heat exchanger is the most widely used heat exchanger at present. 2. The regenerative heat exchanger of regenerative heat exchanger transfers heat from high-temperature fluid to low-temperature fluid through the regenerator composed of solid material. The heat medium first reaches a certain temperature by heating solid material, then the cold medium is heated through solid material to achieve the purpose of heat transfer. The regenerative heat exchanger has rotary type and valve switching type. 3. Fluid-connected indirect heat exchanger Fluid-connected indirect heat exchanger is a heat exchanger which connects two surface heat exchangers with heat carriers circulating in them. The heat carriers circulate between high-temperature fluid heat exchanger and low-temperature fluid, receive heat in high-temperature fluid, and release heat to low-temperature fluid in low-temperature fluid heat exchanger. 4. Direct contact heat exchanger is also called hybrid heat exchanger. This kind of heat exchanger is a kind of equipment that two kinds of fluids contact directly and mix with each other for heat exchange, such as cooling tower, gas condenser and so on. 5. Compound heat exchangers are equipped with two heat exchangers: steam-water surface indirect heat transfer and water-water direct mixed flow heat transfer. Compared with steam-water surface indirect heat transfer, it has higher heat transfer efficiency, higher stability and lower unit noise than steam-water direct mixing heat transfer.
