3. Temperature accuracy is 0.5 degrees

4. Soft start preheating and dehumidification function, automatically adjust the output power to prevent instantaneous start-up and prolong the life of heater.

5. Switchable J-type thermocouple and K-type thermocouple;

6. Automatic, manual and standby operation modes can be switched.

7. It can show the temperature and current of the production process and the percentage of output power.

8. Simple and easy-to-understand fault diagnosis signal can display thermocouple circuit breaking, thermocouple reverse connection, heating line disconnection, high and low temperature and alarm.

9. After the thermocouple breaks, the manual mode can be chosen to continue working to ensure the continuity of production.

10. The working voltage is 180-240V AC, 50/60HZ or 110VAC, 50/60HZ, and the upper limit of working current can reach 15A/30A.

11. When the temperature control card is suddenly inserted without power off, the temperature controller will automatically delay the heating of the heater to prevent burning out the temperature control card.
