Use precautions:

1. The working voltage of the cast copper heating plate shall not exceed 10% of the rated value; how can the relative humidity of the air of the cast copper heating plate not exceed 95%, without explosive and corrosive gases?

2. Cast copper electric heating plate wiring part should be placed outside heating layer and insulation layer, the shell should be effectively grounded; avoid contact with corrosive, explosive medium and water; lead wire should be able to withstand the temperature and heating load of wiring part for a long time, and should avoid excessive force when the wiring screw is tightened.

3. Cast copper heating plate should be placed in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is less than 1M due to long-term placement, it can be baked in an oven of about 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours, and then it can return to normal. Or lower the voltage and electrify and heat until the insulation resistance is restored.

4. Cast copper heating plate should be well positioned and fixed. Effective heating zone must be closely fitted with the heater and Air-Burning is strictly prohibited. When dust or pollutants are found on the surface, they should be cleaned up and reused in time to avoid heat dissipation and shorten the service life.

5. Magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of electrothermal pipe of cast copper heating plate should be avoided from contamination and water infiltration in the use place to prevent the occurrence of leakage accident.
