Cast aluminium heating plate is a kind of metal casting heater, which takes the tubular electrothermal element as the heating body and bends to form. The high-quality aluminium alloy material used in the mould as the shell and centrifugally casts into various shapes, such as circular, flat, right-angle, air-cooled, water-cooled and other special shapes. The surface load of cast aluminium is less than 5.0w/cm2. It is recommended that the working temperature be below 380 C.

It is a high-efficiency heater with uniform heat division and excellent thermal conductivity of metal alloy, which ensures uniform temperature of hot surface and eliminates hot and cold points of equipment. It has the advantages of long life, good thermal insulation, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and magnetic field resistance. Increasing the heat preservation device on the external heat dissipation surface and sintering the infrared ray on the internal heat dissipation surface can save 35% of the electricity consumption.

Main uses:

It is widely used in plastic machinery, mould, cable machinery, alloy die-casting machine, pipeline, chemical industry, rubber, petroleum and other equipment. Printing heating board is suitable for printing, bronzing and drying of industrial products such as clothing and plastics.

Use precautions:

1. The working voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated value, and shall be effectively grounded; the relative humidity of air shall not exceed 95%, and there shall be no explosive or corrosive gases.

2. The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be grounded effectively; avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and water; should be placed in a dry place. For safety, it is necessary to check again before using, whether there is leakage and short circuit. If the insulation resistance is less than 1M due to long-term placement, it can be baked in an oven of about 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours, and then it can be restored to normal. Or reduce the voltage and electrify the heating until the insulation resistance is restored.

3. The electric heater of cast aluminium should be positioned and fixed well. The effective heating area must be closely fitted with the heater and Air-Burning is strictly prohibited.
