With the processing aperture (the closer the aperture is to the diameter of the tube), the suitable aperture of the single-end heating tube is not only convenient for replacing the single-end heating tube, but also conducive to the conduction of heat energy between the two, thus prolonging the service life of the heating tube itself.

Precision should be paid attention to in deep hole processing of dies, not drilling at both ends, because the junction can not be closed and there are large holes, so that the heat dissipation of heating pipe is poor, and the temperature of heated body is uneven.

It should be noted that the magnesia powder at the outlet of the electric heating pipe should not be permeated by pollutants and water in the use place, so as to prevent leakage of electricity, and 5 mm can be reserved outside the die.

Electric heat pipe can be preheated for 5 minutes to avoid leakage danger due to humid air or moisture infiltration into the pipe. Grounding wires must be installed in the use of electrothermal machinery.
