24V DC single-end heating pipe refers to the metal tubular single-end heating pipe. 4. Class A, AA, AAA products are imported materials import process, Class A, AA are generally imported from Germany 321 material or Ingley 840, Class AAA is generally used Ingley 840 or Ingley 800. Imported single-head heating pipe is generally guaranteed for one year (embedded dry-burning working environment);

5. Domestic single-end heating pipe electric heating wire generally adopts iron-chromium-aluminium or nickel-chromium wire; imported single-end heating pipe adopts German BGH electric heating wire or American nickel-chromium 2080 resistance wire;

6. Insulating materials are selected according to different surface loads, such as low-temperature powder, medium-low-temperature powder and high-temperature powder. Imported single-end heating tubes are all made of UCM magnesia powder.
