The heating platform is a kind of manual tool commonly used in electronic welding process. By heating solder (usually tin wire) to make it melt, so that two workpieces can be welded together. There are many ways for manufacturers of constant temperature heating platforms to control temperature, but the simplest one is adjustable power control. The heating platforms control temperature by fast heat transfer of soldering iron to workpiece. Another way is to use the thermostat to control the temperature by turning on or off the power supply.

Correct operation of heating platform can avoid accidents:

When the power cord is inserted into the jack on the back of the equipment, it must be checked whether the jack is firmly plugged, and the phenomenon of virtual connection can not occur, or the phenomenon of burning the power outlet by lightning will occur.

The heating temperature may exceed the user's setting temperature of 3-5 degrees. The welding heating platform will drop to the setting temperature after a few minutes. This characteristic can improve the temperature uniformity of the heating platform.

Because the heating plate is a machined product, there is residual oil in the screw hole, which evaporates at high temperature and emits white smoke and odor. This phenomenon is normal. This phenomenon will disappear after a period of use.

When the equipment is in use, it will make a crisp noise, which is caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of the heating pipe and the friction between the installation hole wall and the pressure plate. Please rest assured that there will be no danger.

The power supply voltage is 220 VAC, and there must be three-hole socket and leakage switch of grounding wire.

Non-professionals should not open the chassis or alter the internal wiring without authorization.

This equipment has air-cooled heat dissipation device, do not block the side air intake of the equipment.

When it is necessary to replace the safety pipe, please unplug the power plug before replacing it, so as to avoid the danger of electric shock.
