Blackening Treatment of Electric Heat Pipe

Blackening treatment is sometimes used in the production of electric heat pipes. Heat treatment is a process of heat treatment of metal objects such as stainless steel. After treatment, there will be an oxide film on the surface to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion and anti-rust. After heat treatment, the wear resistance and hardness of the surface of the heating tube will be improved, and the parts inside the heating tube will not be affected.

Under normal working conditions, there are several steps for blackening in general.

1. First, clean the surface of the metal pipe to keep it clean.

2. Second, the surface is degreased. This process can completely place the metal tube in the degreasing liquid. The PH value of the degreasing liquid should be about 13, and the time should be no less than half an hour. Wash with clean water after degreasing.

3. Next, pickling can be carried out. The pH value of pickling solution is about 3, and the treatment time is not longer than 10 minutes. After pickling, it can be washed with clean water.

4. Blackening treatment: Pool liquid concentration PH value between 2 and 4, treatment time about 10 minutes, after blackening without cleaning;

5. Drying and oiling at last.
