Because the heat-conducting oil furnace can operate under low pressure, stable heating and high precision temperature, the thermal efficiency under various loads can maintain the best level. The liquid phase transfer heat energy is 70 times less than the saturated vapor pressure of water at 300 C. It has a complete operation control and safety monitoring equipment, which saves electricity, energy, water and cost. More and more enterprises pay attention to and use it. However, safety issues such as fuel injection in hot oil furnace system, oil expansion tank due to high temperature oxidation and thermal deterioration, and oil leakage explosion tube hot oil furnace caused by fire have become the most concerned issues in the use of hot oil furnace. Systems used for the first time or in conjunction with new oils need to be dehydrated first. The open system begins to dehydrate and the auxiliary exhaust pipe valve starts to dehydrate when the temperature rises to the range of 100-110 C. At this time, the pressure of the circulating pump will fluctuate greatly. The high exhaust pipe has a gas discharge nozzle and keeps a constant temperature until the pressure is stable. Then the temperature of 3-5 C is raised slowly to keep a constant temperature, and the pressure is observed to be stable. Then the dehydration temperature is raised slowly to 3-5 C, repeating the above. Operate until the temperature reaches 150 C and the pressure is stable.

The dehydration time is based on different systems rather than accelerating the shortening of drying time and temperature rising process. If the temperature of heat conducting oil rises too fast, the water will evaporate rapidly, the circulating pump, the pressure gauge swing, the high water tank and the pipeline strike, and even lead to a large number of high tank injection. Because the long time dehydration system can not normal body temperature, delay the production time, resulting in a huge waste of energy, catalysis, heat conducting oil in. High temperature oxidation and accelerated metamorphism.

Under the conditions of inappropriate cleaning methods and high humidity, the circulating system of cleaning liquid of heat conducting oil furnace has not been swept by dry compressed air, and contains more condensate directly in compressed air. It is easy to remove the residual liquid in heat conducting oil boiler and circulating system.

According to the actual situation of the circulating system, it is easy to cause incomplete cleaning of the residual water and the residual water in the circulating system or blind areas in dead corners if the circulating system is not cleaned in reasonable stages. When the oil temperature rises to 100 degrees, the water in the blind area of the dead corner will suddenly expand, forming water vapor and ejecting from the high-temperature tank. 4.
