When using mechanical heating equipment, some series of heating pipes can be directly installed in the heating hole without fixing, such as die heating pipes; of course, a series of heating pipes need to be strengthened and fixed to make them more stable in order to work normally, such as single-ended heating pipes. This paper mainly discusses the installation and installation method of heating pipe. As we all know, in order to ensure the normal and stable operation of heating pipes, it is a delicate and indispensable link for manufacturers of constant temperature heating platforms to install and fix heating pipes. Without such connection, the dead break of heating pipe, unstable operation, partial exposure and leakage are easy to become potential accident hazards. The common installation, fixing and non-fixing analysis of heating pipes are as follows:

1. Die heating tube

The heating tube of common die does not need to be fixed, but is directly installed in the heating hole for heat transfer.

There are several types of heating pipes, such as single-end heating pipes, ordinary L-type single-end heating pipes, baffle type single-end heating pipes and threaded single-end heating pipes.

(1) The common single-end heating pipe refers to the heating pipe without baffle, thread and other fixed ways. Its installation method is as follows: directly installed on the bracket; after drilling, fixed on the heating pipe with copper or other metal sheets (similar to baffle electric heating pipe); some people use welding to fix the heating pipe.

(2) L-type single-head heating tube can be directly inserted into the general environment for use. Installation and fixing according to installation instructions do not require special fixing.

(3) The baffle heating tube can be directly used or welded and fixed on the base of the baffle.

(4) Installation of single-ended pipe and threaded spiral heating pipe are usually threaded for heating liquid where repairs are needed. Of course, there are strict requirements for sealing protection, which can also be welded on the original basis.

3.U-type heating tube, flange heating tube and fin heating tube

U-shaped heating pipes are usually installed with fasteners, usually directly with fasteners, while heating pipes without fasteners are usually installed with brackets or welded. Flange electric heat pipe literally means to install and fix according to the installation method of flange. Flange installation can generally be divided into connection flange (bolt connection) and welding flange. In the case of low pressure or low sealing requirement, flange connection can be adopted, and metal gaskets can be installed and fixed by bolts through several bolt holes of original or post-treatment; in the case of high pressure or low pressure flange with large diameter, welding flange should be installed and fixed by welding. It can be said that the basic double-ended heating pipe needs to be installed and can be used for fastener installation.
