What should be paid attention to in different shutdown states of gas-fired heat-conducting oil furnace

The shutdown operation of gas heat conducting oil furnace is also a key part in use. In order to make users better use, let's know about the shutdown operation of gas heat conducting oil furnace.

1. Normal stopping: 1. Reduce the temperature gradually, close the burner and stop burning; 2. Stop the operation of the hot oil circulating pump when the temperature of the hot oil drops below 70 C (refer to the operation rules of the pump); 3. Turn off the main power supply and make a good shift record.

2. The Method of Emergency Stopping of Gas Heat Conducting Oil Furnace

In case of emergency shutdown, the burner should be swiftly shut down and removed along the burner hinge shaft. The manufacturer of cast aluminium heating platform can form a natural ventilation state between the furnace and chimney and distribute the heat storage in the furnace so that the heat conducting oil can be cooled naturally to prevent overheating.

3. During the inspection tour, attention should be paid to check whether there is leakage around the gas heat conducting oil stove. There should be enough oil and electrical fire fighting equipment nearby. Water is not allowed to be used as fire extinguishing agent.

After a period of time after the operation of the heat conducting oil boiler, there may be various faults such as no ignition of the furnace and so on. At this time, it is necessary to check and analyze the heat-conducting oil boiler, find out the problem, and then solve it.

Fault of Gas Heat Conducting Oil Furnace

Today we will analyze and solve the two faults, the specific contents are as follows.

Failure 1: The furnace does not ignite.

(1) Gas

Check whether the gas pipeline is unblocked and the control circuit of ignition solenoid valve is intact.

Whether the ignition solenoid valve operates or not;

After the ignition solenoid valve operates, whether the valve operates or not.

Examination methods:

When the furnace runs to ignition, the terminal of ignition solenoid valve is measured, and the voltage is 220V, which eliminates the circuit problem.

After removing the ignition solenoid valve, the solenoid valve returns to action after electrification, and the valve core can be opened visually. After forcibly opening the main valve by-pass solenoid valve, the ignition gas is normal and the possibility of gas and ignition solenoid valve failure can be eliminated.

(2) Ignition

Check that the ignition electrode control circuit is in good condition and whether the ignition electrode probe is sensitive.

Examination methods:

When the furnace runs to ignition, there is 220 V voltage at the ignition electrode terminal. After the burner is dismantled, the ignition electrode terminal to the ignition electrode circuit is normal, eliminating the ignition electrode circuit problem. Carefully observe the scaling on the ignition electrode and flame detector probe, and measure the severity of the probe circuit breakage with a multimeter. It can be concluded that the reason why the furnace does not ignite is that the scaling of the ignition electrode leads to no ignition signal.

Solution: Sandcloth is used to grind the surface of ignition electrode and flame detector probe until smoke is completely removed. Multimeter test shows that all probe surfaces are not open.

Failure 2: Furnace ignition is normal

When the main valve of gas is opened, the combustion will be normal. When the main valve is turned on, the fire will be extinguished.

Fault analysis: Gas; Gas main valve after disassembly and inspection, the main valve solenoid valve and valve can work normally, regulated pressure relief valve can also work normally, eliminate the main valve can not work normally, regulated pressure valve front and rear can be normal, maintain stability, eliminate gas failure.

Flame detector failure; however, hardware facilities can not judge the failure of flame detector. If there is a problem with the flame detector, it can't burn automatically or continuously, whether it's a small fire or a big fire, or during the ignition stage.

The ratio of air to gas; after testing, the fire can be burned manually, and the ignition stage is normal.

Gas is normal, flame detector is normal, gas ratio is normal, arguably the furnace should be normal combustion, no other quotation should be normal combustion, then why can't the furnace work properly?

(1) The flame detector is installed correctly and operates normally.

(2) The position of flame stabilizing plate is installed correctly.

(3) The ratio of air to gas is correct.

Note: The above three conditions are indispensable. If one of them is incorrect, there will be a failure.
