In order to ensure the safe operation of heat-conducting oil furnace and provide the best heating effect of asphalt heater, operators must adhere to their own posts, carefully operate and regularly maintain the heating system of oil furnace to ensure the safe and economic operation of oil furnace.

Main process parameters of heat conducting oil:

1. Output temperature: 100c-300c, oil pressure: 0.3mpa-0.6mpa

2. Import oil temperature: 90-280 C, oil pressure: 0.2 mpa-0.5 MPa

The heat conducting oil furnace should ensure that the heat conducting oil of high storage tank is in standby state or working state.

At high liquid level, the heat conducting oil in low liquid level tank is at low liquid level. Under special circumstances, the cold oil replacement valve can be opened for emergency cooling of the furnace body.

During the operation of the heat conducting oil heater, the operators of the heater must cooperate closely with the mixers and control it according to the production process or production requirements of the asphalt mixture.

In order to improve the efficiency of the heat conducting oil after heating in the furnace, the heating furnace staff must work before the temperature of the heat conducting oil rises to 100 to 200 which will be used soon.

The coal feeder must check the operation of the oil stove regularly and make relevant records.

Ninth. In case of sudden blackouts or other emergencies in operation, relevant leaders should be notified in time and emergency measures should be taken. When the external power supply line is cut off and the self-contained diesel generator starts, there is no need to cool the furnace. If the blackout time exceeds 10 minutes, urgent measures must be taken to reduce the temperature of the furnace body. The inlet furnace body and oil outlet of the return valve shall be closed immediately, and the cold outlet shall replace the oil valve. The replacement valve shall be opened at the inlet to reduce the temperature of the furnace body. At the same time, wet coal pressure firing or coal cleaning is adopted.

When the coal seam of the furnace body is controlled at about 100-150 mm and the diameter of coal particles is about 30-50 mm, a small amount of water can be added to reduce coal leakage and fly ash loss. Coal feeders should learn to understand the quality of coal and avoid the harmful phenomena caused by the combustion of inferior coal. These harmful phenomena not only affect the slag damage to the furnace, but also affect the combustion efficiency. It is necessary to remove slag and dust collector from coal ash in time.

When the furnace stops running, the temperature of the heat conducting oil must be below 100 degrees Celsius before the circulating pump can stop running. Check all kinds of valves, pipes and electrical switches before leaving work to ensure safety.

Equipped with appropriate fire extinguishing equipment or fire extinguishing equipment in the boiler room of organic heat carrier furnace, and inspected and maintained by special personnel to ensure the normal use of fire extinguishing equipment and fire extinguishing equipment.
